Cash Based & Insurance
Please note that Mermaid Well is considered an “Out of Network” (OON) cash-based practice. We do not contract with any insurance companies. Our clinic is partnered with Reimbursify, and we file courtesy claims for qualifying services directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, you can receive services at Mermaid Well that Medicare does not cover, including wellness and preventative services. If you have Medicare and require skilled physical therapy or medical care, we are happy to refer you to one of our trusted providers! In Ohio, we have Direct Access which means no referral needed! Payment options include cash, credit, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Venmo, PayPal, and gift cards.
