TRX® Age Strong
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 10:30 AM
TRX® (Total-Body Resistance Exercise) uses adjustable suspension straps to leverage your body weight and gravity as resistance. This TRX® class focuses on functional mobility, strengthening, and balance to help you age strong!
Warm Water "Guts & Glutes"
Fridays @ 10:00 AM
This low-impact class in the Therapy Pool focuses on toning and strengthening your back, hips, and abdominal muscles.
Aqua Zen
Fridays @ 11:00 AM
This low-impact class in the Therapy Pool offers gentle water stretching using a combination of movements from Ai Chi, Aqua Yoga, and Aqua Pilates.
