Dr. Timothy Kathman, MD is a supervising physician at Mermaid Well who brings over 40 years of medical practice experience with a commitment to patient-centered care. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has worked 25 years in hospital medicine with a special interest in cardiology and pacemakers. Dr. Kathman is presently the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Medical Quality Officer at his local community hospital. In addition, he provides care for patients with substance use disorders, serves as Chairman of the County Board of Health, has 17 years of public service as county coroner, and is a faculty member and site director for the Wright State University Rural Family Practice Residency Program.
