What to Expect
Each gathering begins with a brief 8‑minute educational chat from a community physician, followed by 30–45 minutes of walking at your own pace.
We’ll offer two route options:
• A shorter loop for a gentle, steady walk
• A longer loop for those wanting a more energetic pace
Walk with a friend, meet someone new, or enjoy the fresh air in a small group—whatever feels right for you.
